I’ve seen this brand on the shelves of my favorite local boutiques for a while now, so when Malie (pronounced mah-lee-ay) Organics reached out to me, I was beyond thrilled and excited to try out their products.
Calm. Serene. Tranquil. Wouldn't it be nice to bottle that state of being and take it with you? Thanks to Malie, the Hawaiian beauty line whose name means exactly that, you actually can!
With a firm belief that true beauty starts from within, their products derive their effectiveness from tropical flora, harvesting hydrosols through an advanced hydro-distillation process to extract the most potent and beneficial components for soothing rejuvenation.
Once I had my face taken care of I got to work on the rest of my skin. I’ve always moisturized daily but I wanted a deeper hydration. Enter Malie Organics, pronounced mah-lee-ay.
Malie is a small, family-run brand from Hawaii. They reached out to me and sent a variety of complimentary products. But after using up a few I quickly ordered more myself! The scent is amazing—noticeable but still light and not overpowering.
My favorite product has been the Mango Butter Bun. You rub it onto your skin while still in the shower. I add a little moisturizer after drying off, but the Butter Bun works to soften and hydrate the skin.
I will also add a little body oil to my moisturizer and it leaves a subtle fragrance and also makes my skin glow. I will be bringing all of these products to Mexico for sure.
If any of you are into aromatherapy or just love beautiful natural scents, you will fall in love with Malie Organics. I have honestly never been so wowed by the scents of a beauty brand. I don’t necessarily go for heavily-fragranced brands, but Malie Organics’ scents are so natural, they don’t bother my sensitive nose at all and in fact, I can’t get enough of them!
The Hibiscus Collection is described on the packaging as sophisticated, clean, and fresh and it couldn't be more accurate! This scent is is very clean and fresh but not like laundry and not too grassy. It reminds me of fresh tropical rain. It has very sophisticated complexity to it that makes the fragrance more than your typical "clean" scent. This is fragrance that anyone can appreciate and wear, which makes it the perfect gifting scent because of it's versatility!
Malie Organics, is quite possibly my favourite brand around! I hold Malie Organics so close to my heart as they have inspired so much of my Green Beauty journey. The maker, Dana, has created such a beautiful line of products for the body including Beauty Oils, Scrubs, Body Wash, Shampoo & Conditioners and even Soy Candles – all scented with beautiful Hawaiian ingredients.
