Free returns on orders shipping to USA addresses. Our products carry an unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.

Eco-Refill Products are FINAL SALE. Due to the organic, natural quality of our ingredients, Malie products have a 2 year shelf life and we guarantee all gallon and half gallon products for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, we are happy to resolve them and will require proof of purchase.
There may be a few other products that are final sale and they will have a note indicating.
Orders to Canada unfortunately are not eligible for returns. All orders shipped to Canada will be final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
