Refund policy

Malie offers free returns on orders shipping to USA addresses. Our products carry an unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your order. 

To initiate your return you may call us at 1-866-767-5727, reply to your order confirmation email or send us a message via our contact form which you can find by clicking here. We are available to assist with your return Monday through Friday, 9am - 4pm Hawaii Time.

Eco-Refill Products are FINAL SALE. Due to the organic, natural quality of our ingredients, Malie products have a 2 year shelf life and we guarantee all gallon and half gallon products for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, we are happy to resolve them and will require proof of purchase. 

There may be a few other products that are final sale and it will be noted.

Orders to Canada unfortunately are not eligible for returns. All orders shipped to Canada will be final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
